Lisa earns her first RoSPA Gold Advanced Driving Qualification, reinforcing her dedication to professional excellence. She begins mentoring other instructors and participating in police-led road safety initiatives.
Lisa begins working more closely with learners from neurodiverse backgrounds, older adults, and those with learning anxieties, ensuring every student feels supported behind the wheel.
After a successful 40-year engineering career, Lisa’s husband Dean Stanbury joins as a fully qualified automatic driving instructor, bringing a calm, structured approach and expanding the school’s offerings.
